We use your information to operate Runmyjobpro — finding relevant jobs and scholarships, generating cover letters, sending applications on your behalf, and communicating with you about your account. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Data sharing
We share data with trusted service providers only as necessary to operate the platform — including OpenAI (cover letter generation), Hunter.io (professor email finding), Paystack (payment processing), and Supabase (database hosting). All providers are bound by data processing agreements.
4. Data retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting support@runmyjob.site. Deleted accounts are purged within 30 days.
5. Security
We use industry-standard encryption (TLS/SSL) for data in transit and at rest. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. We implement access controls and regular security reviews.
