By creating an account or using Runmyjobpro, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service description
Runmyjobpro is an AI-powered job application agent that automatically applies to jobs, scholarships, and freelance opportunities on your behalf using your provided CV and preferences.
3. User responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring your CV and documents are accurate and truthful. You must not use Runmyjobpro to submit false, misleading, or fraudulent applications. Abuse of the service may result in account termination.
4. Payments and refunds
Paid plans are billed monthly via Paystack. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. You may cancel at any time from your account settings.
5. Intellectual property
Runmyjobpro and its content are owned by Runmyjobpro. Your uploaded documents remain your property. By uploading, you grant us a limited licence to process your documents to provide the service.
6. Limitation of liability
Runmyjobpro does not guarantee job placement, interview invitations, or scholarship acceptance. We are not liable for any outcomes resulting from applications made on your behalf. The service is provided as-is.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your settings.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall be resolved in Nigerian courts.
